For more than 15 years, Franz Hainbuchner the host and farmer, runs a
separate hunting lodge. With a lot of love and interest for nature, he has an
enormous Knowledge about red deer farming.
The deer is fed on corn from his own agriculture and grassland.
We are proud that we source all of our Venison from his naturally reared
herd.

Gourmets may dine in the modern and elegant furnished restaurant or in the traditional,
Austrian décor - “Stube”. In the Summer you may dine on the unique panoramic terrace
overlooking the entire Attersee.
Our Chef exclusively serves regional products and creates a mix of traditional Austrian
cuisine and innovative, culinary delights.
Monday to Thursday and also Saturday
From 11:30 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 10 pm
Sunday from 11.30 am to 2 pm
On Friday and Sunday evenings the Restaurant is closed
Please note our modified opening hours in the
main season are;
Friday from 5 pm (July - August)
Saturdays from September to June on request in the restaurant

different seminar rooms which seat for up to max. 22 of people
